    During last days for 2 times, the phone said that SIM is not detected, I have not phone or data.
    However, after rebooting the BB10 the SIM worked again withe the need of extract the SIM from the slot.

    So I understand that it is more a software issue than a hardware. What do u think?

    I too had this issue few months ago but it's fixed now. I removed the sim card while phone was running and then turned it off for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I wiped the sim card with alcohol and inserted it back again and started the phone. Working like a charm since then.. give it a try might be of help

    Well if you belive it's software related.... reload the OS, and maybe try using a different version from the one you have.


    But I've seen a number of post from people that have had problems with the SIM Card slots....
