    It's been 12 hours since I erased the memory of my classic. It's stuck at 96% since the last 2 hours. Should I take it to the service center? I'm sure it's not normal...pls help

    no that is not normal at all. Can you restart it at all? or try plugging into your PC and see if it recognizes your phone?
