Hi there, I want to delete the leftovers from deleted apps deep inside the device as it is running really slow, showing black screen, slow to open apps and refusing to open Skype and LinkedIn. Yes I have already scrolled through the files which I could access through File Manager but they were only few. Anybody could help ?

If these are Android apps and if you're on OS 10.3.2.2876, do you have the runtime fix installed?

Yes I have, but it does not open: it gets stuck at the opening screen with the small BlackBerry Bernhard logo written on it.

It's not supposed to run. I originally thought the same thing until somebody educated me that after you install the patch, you just need to restart the phone for the patch to be applied

Ahh. Ok. I did that many times since having installed the patch.

Can you download Ghost Commander from BB World and see if any Android apps you've previously deleted still show up in the list of apps?

Excellent advice Invictus0, thanks. I did what you suggested. Found some apks which I deleted ages ago. We're bot a lot, but better than none. Any particular folder to look for?

You should be able to long press the application that you want to remove and then press Delete from the popup menu. That should remove them for good which could help with performance after a restart (especially if the Android apps had any Run in Background or startup permissions).

Regarding cleaner apps, try CCleaner from the Amazon Appstore?

Again. Thanks. It worked. I feel that my BlackBerry is refreshed like coming out from a workout session. Yeah it seems running faster than before.

Doesn't 1Mobile have the same capabilities. I don't know which is better though.
