Yeah so I take it you want a homescreen icon to launch a particular music file?

I use an app from BlackBerry World called Custom Shortcuts to do this. There is a free version or a pro version for 99 cents. I recommend the pro version if you can afford it as it has a lot of extra shortcut options.

But nevertheless, with the free version you can easily achieve what you're asking here.

You can just write music name or music number in Homepage thereby the music will be instantly showing up in BlackBerry Assistant

Yes, I use DocuShortcut. Very simple to use open the app pick the file name it what you want then add to home screen.
