    This week my BlackBerry shutdown and reset itself twice while I was using it. First time it's done this... I'm starting to get a little scared.

    May be it updated automatically?
    (settings, updates, turn automatic search and install updates off {very recommended})

    My Q10 has done that on OS 10.2.0 or earlier, one or two times (when I noticed that) so it might happen!?
    Now to the only time I could explain it, I was sitting and my Q10 in my little pocket was squeezed so that the power button has been stuck. When I took it out, I watched it rebooting.

    You have a classic... so no lose battery door ;-)

    OS version? 10.3.+

    Observe it... if it happes once a while don't bother... if you see it happen "frequently" you might consider to update/reinstall OS
