    I've been using latest version of Skype on my BlackBerry classic and when I press the emoji tray for icons, it load so long. Then skype hangs and blackscreen. A minute later popbox appears saying QNXlaucher.app has stopped. Now all android apps are not working properly. What shall i do? ..thanks.

    OS version BB10.3.2.2474.

    Have you tried restarting your device? Or a reset? (hold the up and down volume buttons down for about 20 seconds or so)

    I have tried restarting it and its still the same. But I haven't tried a reset. I might have to backup all my files before I reset the device then. Is there any other way?

    A reset doesn't wipe your phone, though it's always good to have a current backup.

    Nah, holding down the volume up/down (or simply holding down the power button until you see the words BlackBerry on the screen) will not erase any files. It's just like a battery pull.
