    Hey does anyone else have this problem I just bought the phone online and have been having problems since the start. I'm not sure if it's when it's dead or just randomly I get this all white n colourful fuzzy screen. It scared me when I got the phone because I thought it was broken I charged it up a bit and it turned on. Happened again just now but I did have 20 percent battery when it went on. But why does this jeep happening to me. I will try to post a link with a picture

    Doesn't look right. I would return for an exchange.

    That is totally not normal. Sorry to say but you have a defective unit. Warranty or exchange it.
