When I'm using the phone the screen shuts off. And locks. It won't wake up when I take phone from my ear and look at screen. Is that normal.

I have that problem when I get off the phone. Know what it is?

Sweat. Or facial grease. It coats the sensor, and the screen will turn back on if you wipe if off. My Q10 has been like that from the get go. I always have to first wipe the sensor off, THEN I can end the call.

When you say "wake up" do you mean the phone actually shut down? Or just that the screen isn't coming back on?

I'm saying that when I'm on a call for a bit and pull the phone away from my face to view the screen, the screen remains dark as the sensor is blocked and thinks I'm still holding the phone against my ear. Once I wipe off the sensor area, the screen comes back on.

If your phone is actually turning off, that's another matter and I'm of no help. If it's just that the screen won't turn on, try wiping off the upper portion of the front of the phone on your shirt, and it should come back on.
