I have a BlackBerry Classic that doesn't work when it receives notifications (doesn't ring or vibrate, sometimes screen doesn't even turn on). Not for anything, calls, texts, nothing. The closest I get is when I receive a call through Facebook Messenger which causes it to vibrate, but it doesn't ring and the screen doesn't turn on. I've already checked and the notifications say Normal. I also went into settings into the "Normal" profile and set all the apps on full volume, and for the screen to turn on and vibrate. How do I fix this?? Thank you!
