    I brought 2days back blackberry classic. The problem is phone doesn't ringing I checked everything in sound profile that looks good means volume is full but still not getting ring while someone calls to me.
    when I reboot my phone its normally ringing but later suddenly stops working..
    please help me out form this

    I had similar problem with my passport. Had to re install the software. Used a latest official release and not leak to re install. Has been working well since then.

    Had an issue one time where there was a program that was headless overriding the profile setting being set. Deleted the program that had permission of phone and it corrected the problem. I believe one of the programs was a call blocking app
