    Just got this phone, other side hears me but I can't hear other side.

    Just to rule it out, make sure the volume is turned up on both the phone and the receiver after the bluetooth connection is made. I don't know about the classic, but some phones have a separate bluetooth volume.

    Tried it, still doesn't work.
    My BB Passport works perfectly with my car's Bluetooth.

    Any ideas?
