    Anyone else have problems with the lock screen text messages notifications? Sometime I hit the message indicator and the sender and message pops up like it's supposed to. However I'm noticing sometimes it just doesn't do it. Tap, tap, tap no dice.....I think my BlackBerry is growing some grey hairs : (

    I've just noticed on mine I'm no longer receiving lock screen notifications. Everything is turned on, nothing has been changed. Happened sometime yesterday. Tried restarting, still the same. Weird.

    Problem solved - had to log into BlackBerry Protect and send a message to my device, now it works. Found the answer in another thread. Weird glitch though, what's up with that?
