What's the difference between the U.S and the international one

    Posted via CB10
For some reason the international versions have problems with MMS, Data and SMS in the US. The data signal sometimes has to be refreshed(by calling your carrier), the MMS will stop working(which you would also have to call the carriers to fix), and SMS are delayed days at a time with using the international versions in the US.

It may not be written in stone, but the writing has been on the wall for some tome now. Chen wants a profitable device business that will support sales of software and services. That's why BlackBerry has switched its phone business from BB10 to Android. Those one or two new devices Chen mention can only be Android.

Meanwhile, BB10 will be around for as long as you and I care to stick with it. Staples Canada just had the Leap on sale, but the Classic is still at $499 CAN. I'll wait for the fire sale price and then probably get one.

Staples has the Classic at $399 right now. Not what I would call a fire sale but $100 off is not a bad deal.

I'll be more interested when it gets to $299. The fire sale price on the Q5 got down to $89 at Futureshop.

The problem is we've gone from talking Canadian dollars to US dollars. $299 US is not much less than $399 CAN.

I did not realize that. While i didnt need the phone yet, I felt it was a price I could not afford to let go by, also that it was the last BlackBerry that I REALLY wanted.

Its not going to get better than that... Sure i could be wrong...

I'm going to use my classic until it stops working. By stop working, I mean does not send/receive phone calls/txt/e-mail.
This will be many years from now...!
...of course depending how you get around with it...

Yeah a touch sensitive keyboard would be awesome. And perhaps instead of 16 GB have 32gb. It is a fantastic phone. I have a PP myself.

From what I got; only being with BlackBerry since August; is the Classic came out after the PP...!?... they should have made it with the sencitive keyboard... damn, how awesome that would be...!!!
