BlackBerry said the classic won't allow a pause so you can dial a extension. I don't believe it. I tough to be loyal.

Pause is usually the letter "p" and "Wait is usually "w", try entering those in the dial string.

On my Q10, pause is comma, which is the N key. So if p doesn't work, try whichever key is mapped to comma.

I also just put in an X with a space after the phone number.
