    On my passport, I can tap the icon and it'll cycle through the silent, normal and vibrate profiles.

    How do I get my classic to do that from the quick settings?

    Settings > Notifications > Quick settings (star @ bottom centre). From there you can customize which notification profiles are available from the quick settings menu.
