my BB is dead..

for a few days I had problems in typing emails as it did not type I had to restart the machine. So I follow theadvice given and tried reinstalled the os.

now the situation is this if I connect the device to BB link, the machine says set up not complete and that I need to disconnect and finish the set up; but when I disconnect the phone just switch on and switch off but then the screen is dark

what can I do?
