Every OS is here, but if you are already on 10.3, you can't go back.

You can't go back to before the first release for the Classic, which was 10.3.1. Even then, if you're on 10.3.2 you can't go back down from there.

I guess you wrong, I update my Q10 to 10.3.X but Downgrade it to 10.2.X. It is not possible in Classic?

10.3.2. is where you can't go back from.

I don't think this would be possible due to the fact that the classic was released with 10.3.1

There would probably be no functionality of the track pad and tool belt for 10.2

No, the Classic launched with 10.3.1, while the Q10 launched with 10.1.0. I guess you wrong.
