Well, as soon as I open the box last night and start clicking stuff, the Back button to the right of the trackpad is sticking. It's like they got some extra glue under the key during manufacturing and when I let go of the button, it feels like it's not releasing immediately and makes an unsticking type sound, if you can picture it. It's not a click like the rest of the letter keys. It's on the release of the button, it's loud and annoying. The other toolbelt buttons are almost completely silent.

I'm not even going to bother setting anything up on it. What a disappointment. Seems like every brand new bb I've ever bought has had to be replaced at least once, with exception of my Q10 that I've had for 18 months.

Wow. that's too bad. Now you have to wait for a replacement.

Oh well. I have to have one that just works properly. Some people may say I'm being picky, but the noise is just loud and annoying and no way I'm going to deal with that. I'd rather wait another couple of days for a replacement.

Who's to say your being picky. We don't see your device. Only you know. If you don't like the one you have definitely return it for another I say. It's your device and these our a big communication device and they should work perfectly. Hopefully you get a working device.
