    When I delete my emails on my phone isn't it supposed to delete it on the Web also? Or am I just thinking things?

    Depends how it's set up. Only on phone, or phone and server.

    Go to hub > settings > display and actions > delete on > choose hub and server.

    -My settings match up but my emails aren't deleting on both. Could it be the settings online?

    It works for me but it's not deleting instantly. It takes awhile.

    If you have POP email the emails will not delete on the server.

    At least that is what I have noticed.

    I hope I am wrong because I would love for it to work.

    I had a feeling you were going to say Gmail. LOL. There seems to be a lot of problems with gmail so I never use it. However, I've seen these problems over and over again on Crackberry so I did a search and found this. Hope it helps.

    My Yahoo mail deletes both on my BlackBerry and Web Server just fine.

    Try in the hub after you delete a message to press the BlackBerry menu button and select Refresh. If it then deletes on your Gmail as well is a matter of waiting a while for the synchonisation.

    I moved from Gmail to MS Outlook and very happy with it.

    Can't sync contacts, emails, and calendar seemlessly. It will delete then from server pretty much instantly also. Sometimes need to refresh the page to see it but it works fine.

    It works with all my accounts including my Gmail account. I have my sync set to 30 mins, so not instantly.
