    Sending an email (Blackberry Classic), I get an icon that shows a red circle with a white line through it. I had assumed that this means it did not go out, but the recipient told me that they received it several times - I did not hit 'resend'. How do I stop this?

    Had a similar issue on Z10. Carrier checked at their end (usually the issue), then issued me a new SIM. Solved. FWIW
