My work uses a Microsoft Exchange machine for their email, It's a machine running Windows Server 2012 R2 with Exchange running for email. Most users log in on computers using Outlook or Outlook Web. I'm looking to add this account to my BB Classic. The email account was successfully created (no giving me alerts that I needed to correct this or change that), but I am not able to receive any mail on the phone, nor am I able to send any from it. This is not the case on the three other accounts I have on the phone (two of which are through Gmail and one of which is an old school account which used Office 365).

Can anyone shed any light on what I may be doing wrong here?

You'd need the server admin to provision your device on the exchange .... have you spoken to admin?
