    I'm trying to purchase an App "Backup Pro" from Blackberry World and it says "I chosen to Download over Wi-Fi Netoworks only" I don't recall chosing anything like that. See message screenshot below.

    Go to BBWorld. Swipe down from top of screen, select Settings. then select Network and Data Limits, and see what is disabled.
