    I have all of my contacts in my outlook dot com email. I added my outlook dot com email to my Classic this morning however not all contacts downloaded and those that did are missing address and birthday information. Any suggestions? TIA

    Just delete the email and set up again.

    You have to give the device adequate time to sync all contacts; depending on how many contacts it can take a full day. I have this issue when I wipe my device and have to sync back over 5K contacts.
