Ya by this point I think they're gonna release all 3 variants at the same time

The white Classic was planned for a March release, which didn't happen at all. Since then, we also got no news on it. We're in April now, the blue and bronze variants of the Classic are set to be released this month. We can only hope all three variants get released together, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a quick release, I dount they'll make it before the third or fourth week this month.

It's for sale on a few sites next day delivery.
Think mobiles direct and unlocked mobiles have it for sale.

Nothing yet about the blue or bronze

on mobiles direct and unlocked mobiles they have pictures of the device and the trackpad is white.

And all the prototypes of the classic ive seen on youtube and within the forums, the trackpad is black.

I am not surprised by that, there are always some shady shops trying to take advantage of such situations. Unless the white Classic is available from a number of reliable sources, I'd be careful placing any orders, let alone any in stock orders.

All the coloured one probably haven't been made because of lack of demand for all the black ones. People just want apps nowadays, and companies only want to make apps for companies with the share to support them. And without apps there is no share, and without any of those, there's no device sales and without sales there isnt the demand needed to release coloured phones that probably wont sell to any non CrackBerry fans.

Either way, I love my phones Black, always have.

I just noticed btw. a BlackBerry rep stated during that Classic Q&A session end of March, the device will be available in selected markets and one should keep an eye on the official BlackBerry blog. Information is set to come "in the following weeks". So it really sounds like nobody should get any hopes high before end of April.
