    Anyone else's headphone jack not working properly on the classic? I put the headphones in but for some reason the sound goes to the speakers instead. I've tried various headphones none of them work. Someone please help!!!

    I had the same thing. Just restarted the phone. Has worked fine since.

    Had the same issue happen to me. Restart the phone and it should work properly.

    I had same issue before. It turns out that the Classic "picks" headphone brands...some brands just wouldnt work

    I just had the issue on my Passport and it took 3 reboots, in between 2,3 I called for warranty replacement. I'm convinced it's software.
