I've had the classic for over two weeks, and I find that the battery is significantly better than the Z10. I can't compare it to the Z30 or the passport, but I generally get over 16 hours with medium to heavy use.

    What's your experience classic users?

Yeah. Love it. I would have gotten the passport, but it felt too big in my hand.

I'm glad that you are having great battery life. Mine is so.so...due to the fact that there is a very weak LTE signal inside my workplace and AT&T removes the option of turning off LTE (unlike with the iPhone). With very minimal use, couple of emails and a short time reading Crackberry, I'm down to 40% by noon (comes off the charger at 4:00 am).

Once at home with a strong LTE signal, I have great battery life.

When I am on 4G I typically get close to 21 hours with moderate to heavy usage ( I know usage is subjective).
I'm definitely impressed with this phone. I'll also say that I love my Z10 even though the battery is not as good as the classic.

I need to set mine to 4G too. Did try my phone out today with messaging, GPS, surfing etc and was at 40 percent after 11 hours. Not bad. Loved my Z10 too. Battery bundle kept me going.

With moderate usage I'm getting 24 hr battery life on my Classic.

    Twitter
    Blaq
    Facebook
    LinkedIN
    2 email accounts on push
    1 email on manual

No android apps and some games played infrequently.

During heavy use it goes from 16-18 hours which is by FAR better than my Z10.

I have weak LTE signal in my area. However, I still get about about 15 hour. I'm happy with this phone.

I will keep it for using at home and whenever on vacation. On work days and taking buses everyday, it's not portable enough for my hands and pockets. Lol!!

I was apprehensive about the non removable battery. But this phone gets me thru 24 hours with no problems. I have set it at 4G per one post's suggestion. Brings me back to my Bold 9780 days! I am a medium to heavy user, with phone calls, BBM, browsing, texts, 3 email accounts, Twitter, FB, music streaming and GPS. Native and Android apps.

The battery life is approximately 12 hours when in office and at home under wifi circumstance. But. When outside under 4G LTE situation, only have about 8 hours battery life. Anyway, is better than Q10.

I just got my Classic today and I am stoked. So glad to have the keyboard and trackpad back.

I do have one complaint though...and maybe it's just me not knowing the settings for 10.3...but the browser really sucks. I can't seem to find a way to get most webpages to load properly on my screen. It's like I am zoomed in and can't get it to view the whole page. Very irritating.

    Besides that...I love it.

Actually, the word "heavy" is subjective and from individual to individual.
