I can't hear anyone on the other end of the phone. I can only hear a caller when I put them on speaker phone. I reinstalled set the phone using Blackberry Link, but the problem still exists. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Have you used the headphone jack? Maybe plug your ear buds in and out of it a couple times and try.

Stupid question, but did you check the volume? Not the media volume, but while on a call hit the volume up key a few times. I'm sure that was the first thing you tried, but have to ask...
