I discovered a strange bug on my Classic today, I turned the device on this morning and read my emails, called a couple of clients and sit the device down on the table to do some work on my PC.

After a couple of hours working on a hot project, I went to call a client back whom I had talked to earlier and when I accessed the call log, it was empty!!! No call log data, just a blank white screen.

I ended up doing a device restart and the call log was back to normal and displayed my previous calls. Anyone else have this issue on their Classic? I running the stock 10.3.1 that came with the device, no leaks.

I just had the same issue on my Verizon Z30 running stock 10.2.1.2991. I noticed last night the time went out of sync, so I did a restart. This morning I noticed the blank call log. I haven't done another restart but I will try that and report back.

That happened the first week to me too. Not since.
I did have it for no reason wipe my calendar clean too.
that never came back.

Has anyone figured out how to have your alarm go off when the phone is off? I would turn my Bold off at night so
I am not woken up by late emails/texts/bbms but my alarm would go off at 6am. With the Classic, if I turn my phone off, my
alarm is shut off.
Help!

Monday I was searching for a doctor appointment I swore I made. (I called the doctor and confirmed I did have an appointment). I never found it in my calender, but I did get the reminder for the appointment.

For the alarm to work and not have notifications go off at night, you can put the phone into bedside mode. You can get to it in a couple of ways 1) From the alarm screen, if you drag down from the top you will see a "Bedside Mode" button in the center of the screen 2) From the lock screen, you can drag down from the top of the screen all the way to the bottom to put the phone in bedside mode.

Yesterday I noticed some names not showing up in my call log; only the number was showing up. These are names and numbers in my contacts list. I restarted the phone and every name showed up again. First time this has happened.

Had this issue all of the time with my Passport. I haven't seen it yet on my Classic running ClassicSQC100-4/10.3.1.1949

After re-boot all calls are gone. This is not good.

My classic retains call logs for 2-3 days. That's such a disappointment cos that was one of the reasons I loved my BlackBerry ; 15 days + call logs. Now it's only 2 days on the classic and I desperately need a solution.

blackberry classic call log dissapera after two days.
the data stays of two days, older one gets disappear.
I need solution for this.

I've had that happen on my Passport, too. I would make a call or miss a call then go to the call log to dial and it wasn't there. It seems random.

My Q10 also saves the call logs for only 3 days. Any solutions.
