    Hey everyone, quick question.

    I have activated BlackBerry Protect on my classic, but when i logg on to my account on my computer it says that I have no units connected too BlackBerry Protect?

    Anyone know what to do?

    Once activated you have to use BBLink to backup and restore.

    That's 100% not true. I've never used BlackBerry link to back up and restore and BlackBerry Protect works flawlessly. I have no use for backing up my phone through link since I have verizon cloud

    Mine works and has always worked without issues. Sign in with BlackBerry ID on phone and BAM it works. I GPS track my other device everyday with no problem. Make sure you're signed in with the correct BlackBerry ID and it will work
