    Hi,
    I found this issue, which make email experience very poor when using space key to page down/up.
    I heard that 10.2 didn't have such issue, but I am not sure whether q20 supports that Os.
    Or any old version 10.3.x can fix this?

    Are you paging down viewing the hub or viewing in an email?

    Paging down when viewing the email. I use space key.
    My os is 10.3.2.556, I really like Blackberry's performance.

    I am always using 7290 as a small tool for calendar/task tracing, so I haven't been familiar with the trackpad.

    I think you should install a later version of the OS 10.3.2. I can't remember the latest version. Give me some time to find the thread about it or you can search yourself.

    Also check for an update available from your phone. Settings : Software Updates

    I caution you about loading 10.3.3. It has problems and once you load it, you can't return to 10.3.2

    This is att version, so I may have to prepare win7 env to use BlackBerry link to perform update.
    To me, this q20 is supposed to be a great read/pda machine which I suppose to use another 5 years, like previous 7290.

    Do you see an update available from your phone? I'm on ATT too and I think the last update they pushed was later than .556. I'm on .2339 but installed it with an autoloader some time ago. Win 7 and Link is a good idea.

    .2876 is the latest. If you want to use an autoloader read the first post carefully and follow the instruction links @mainely_linux posted.
