    Purchased Blackberry Classic about a month ago and downloaded Gmail contacts. Yesterday, all Gmail contacts disappeared although Accounts still listed my Gmail account. I re-started the phone, and eventually all 999 contacts re-populated. Any idea why this occurred so I can prevent this in the future?

    Hi, Not sure. This also happened with my outlook.com contacts once. Hasn't happened again since. Probably just a glitch.
