    The Chinese manufactures are smart. They'll build something to meet a target pricepoint. Tell them to build a BlackBerry for$50, they will. Tell them to build a BlackBerry for $5000, they will.

    It isn't Foxconn who is to blame. It's the constraint of the budget they are given by BlackBerry (or Apple) that will determine build quality.
