Having just discovered the rather good OSMAnd mapping/GSM app (I particularly recommend the Android version rather than the Blackberry one, not least as I ironically can't get the latter to work on my BB!), and as my bike's trip computer has given up the ghost, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with handlebar-mounted holders suitable to hold a BB Classic?

I'm obviously most concerned to make sure that the phone is held securely and won't bounce off merrily down the road when I go over one of West Yorkshire's copious bumps...

I have, for example, seen this on E-Bay: "BICYCLE BIKE MOBILE PHONE HOLDER HANDLE BAR MOUNT FOR BLACKBERRY Q20 CLASSIC" (item no. 391040699428; unfortunately link is corrupted whenever I try to paste it).

Check out Arkon - I have used their device mounts on several devices and vehicles over the years - and I know they have bike mount hardware.

I use a Ram X-Mount for my Z30. I have hit some serious potholes at road speed and never lost my phone even once. The design is nice because I can still use the touch screen without the mount interfering because it is so "open". Also, since it's pretty much infinitely adjustable, changing devices isn't a cause to buy a new mount. It works just as good for my Z30 as it did for my Z10!

And thanks from me too! Will also look into this. It sounds as though it will fit various sizes of phone so my Q20 should be OK too.
