Out of nowhere the Audio Jack doesnt Work properly anymore. Headphones only Work when i plug them in really Deep and hold them down with my hand. Sucks as I enjoy listening to spotify on my classic.

Does anyone have an idea what i can do?

it's a physical hardware problem so you should be under warranty. Really your only recourse is to get it exchanged.

Did you try the headphones in something else, or a different pair? Could be the headphones have a short in them.

Is there anything in the jack? I had a connection problem for a week. Took a small electronics screw driver and fished out lint from the headphone jack. Could be the problem?

I have this same problem with my Z30. Has happened on my laptop's audio jack too. Must be something to do with the build quality of each headphone jack.

I've recently had the same problem and found this thread by looking around the forums. I figured it was probably an accumulation of dust and lint and, like krugbot suggested, I fished out the little particles that were stuck in the jack. It seems to be have worked and I don't have to push my headphone jack in anymore!
