I updated my OS to 556 (AT&T) last night. I used my device this morning for a few hours then I plugged it in prior to me leaving the house for a few hours, so i'd have a full charge while I was out. I was at 81% when I plugged it in and it was charging for over an hour. Over an hour is normally enough to charge from 50% to 100%.

Today about an hour and 15 minutes later I was only on 92%

I was out for 3 hours and went from 92% to 66% with hardly any use. I hope this is not the new norm.

You have to wait approximately 48-72 hours after an update to properly assess battery performance. Usually, there is behind-the-scenes things like file indexing going on. You may also want to use the device monitor to see if there is a particular application that is causing excessive drainage.
