So I have always had issues with Visual Voicemail ultimately it never worked and I only had access to traditional voicemail which sucked.

Well I just manually checked for an update and I finally received this update 20 minutes ago. After the 259mb was downloaded/installed I then notice the boot screen shows "Blackberry Classic" but the best part my visual voicemail now works!!!!!

Before it would fail to connect to the system and several calls to T-Mobile and Blackberry failed to no avail. But I'm excited that this update seems to have fixed the issue. I hope it sticks this time and doesn't revert back to traditional voicemail

Glad to hear it. I had on and off problems with VVM. It would work on my personal account but not my business account.

My breakthrough came on a leak release - I think 1565, for the Z30. After installing it from an autoloader, I eventually got to a configuration screen which walked me through setup and boom - worked.
