Hey there everyone, first of all i'm new here so i don't know how you guys do things around here and i'm also new to blackberry phones as well, i recently just bought blackberry bold 4 phone and it's amazing, though whenever i attempt to play a video on youtube the screen says "buffering" and it stays like this for hours but sometimes the videos works just fine, i have wifi connection on my phone still haven't got 4G but i don't think the problem is from my internet connection, is it something i have to 'enable' or 'disable' while watching videos on youtube...? please let me know, thank you.

I take it you're going through your browser it seems some people have issues off and on with you tube.you can try a different browser like opera some people seem to prefer that or you can try downloading an app for you tube (my personal preference) ....https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...17300/?lang=en

I have the YouTube App i already downloaded it the very day i bought the phone
