9/10 if the battery life was a litte longer for me it would be a 10.
I do use it as a business device so all in it's good for me.
Don't have any games on my 9900 anymore deleted them all.
I think he made a typo regarding the 9700 - 9900.Last edited by byul; 04-17-2012 at 09:23 PM.

- pin is a small and pointy object...so it's really not for little ones.

My new 9900 I'd go with 9.
My old 9700 I'd go with 8.5.
My 9700 was great. Still have fond memories of that workhorse. Just kinda out grew it. My 9900 is quicker has more memory and the keyboard makes it more comfortable. Both are incredible communication devices.... - 04-17-2012, 10:01 PM

I upgraded from a 9700 to a 9900. There is no comparison. The 9700 was an okay phone, and it was okay for text and textual emails, but for anything else, it was virtually useless. The browser was particularly useless. The keyboard was also too small. The only thing I can say that I liked about the bold was its size and the way it felt in my hand. The 9900 is a huge improvement over a 9700. (That said, it still is years behind a high-end android phone such as a Galaxy Nexus, but you didn't ask that.)

The best part of my bold is Free unlimited BIS lifetime service.. I don't need to pay any cents for BIS.. that's why i love it.. and the keyboard!
I will give 10 if app world if fill with real apps not some crap app that just want to take money from us.

are you happy with your Bold 9900?
7/10.
Why?
1. Not good enough camera.
2. Some important apps still missing from BB.
3. BB OS feels outdated at times. (Need to restart after app install/few days of usage to clean-up memory)

For my part, I would give a 7/10.
- camera needs auto-focus.
-Batterie life is pretty slim.
Lack of apps, I know I know that as nothing to do with the 9900 but, it's' important. - 04-21-2012, 08:02 AM #21
8\10 Verizon 9930
I really love the feel of the phone, it is absolutely great in my hands. I don't download a lot of third party apps (Facebook and twitter, that's it) I think the phones native software covers the biggest majority of my needs. It is great for email and texting. The screen is a little small after using some of the larger screens out there (nexus, bionic, iphone) but it gets the job done. The web browser is much, much better than it was on the older berries. The battery life is excellent for me after changing over to .342, it is leaps and bounds better than other smartphones out there.
I'm happy with my choice of this phone and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again. - 04-21-2012, 09:03 AM #23
love my 9900, and can work with what apps are available, for games i have a PC & games console, regarding the camera i think its adequate, Battery life is a bit better since i got one of those gold batteries of ebay. But would love skype or some voip app made available, maybe when micro$oft buys in - Lol
