I have a 9900 and battery life easily surpass my friend's iphones 4 and 4s though it's still not as lasting as the 9700 and so I got myself an extra battery.

I had a Curve 8330, and a Storm 9550. Then I went to iPhone 4 and basically hated it. Nice toy though. I hung in there as long as I could and sprung for the bold 9930. It beats the heck out of the iPhone in every way I need a phone for - email, SMS, phone and speakerphone. It keeps a signal where the iPhone is weak and drops. It sounds better, especially as a speakerphone. I can use it in a telephone conference with no added hardware. The iPhone speakerphone performance was miserable. Better battery than the iPhone. Just, well, better. Granted the sheer volume of apps available for the Bold (or any BB) pales in comparison to the iPhone, but so far I haven't found anything I needed to do that I can't on the Bold due to apps. It's not like I need 300 fart apps.

Get the Bold. It's the best BB ever, imho.
