Yahoo calendar sync

Hi!

I am using Yahoo calendar as my main calendar and I cannot sync between my Bold 9900 and my online Yahoo calendar. If I enter an event in the online Yahoo calendar (through the webmailer) it will not show up on my phone. I checked the little box in my Bold 9900's calendar that says "Yahoo calendar" so it should work. I searched the forums but only found older posts about this.
Did anybody get Yahoo calendar to work? This is an important issue for me.

I think you will have to use google, or outlook. Something I only recently realized too is that with yahoo not all my contact info was syncing. I discovered this when helping my wife with her BB. It wasn't syncing all contact info. Then I took closer look at mine and noticed the same issue. We have different models of BB's, on different carriers. So must be a BB/Yahoo issue. Only solution appeared to be to export all yahoo contacts to csv and import into google. Now, we both use google for a calendar and contacts, while still using yahoo for mail (removed yahoo contacts and stopped yahoo contact sync on BB's).

Ok, thank you both for replying. This is absolutely inacceptable and I will contact both RIM and Yahoo about it. I was that Theresa is an Apple for 3.49€ in Appworld but That only fixes the calendar and seems to bei allen little steep. This issue is an total Game breaker for me.

*Nevermind what stood here. Syncing to google calendar works, albeit being cumbersome.* This is terrible. The playbook supports syncing to yahoo calendar so I have good hopes BB10 does as well.

But the pb does not sync yahoo contacts. A real PITA.

I actually saw that app and considered buying it. Does it also sync contacts? Since contacts syncing is reportedly broken as well, I definitely would have a need for that as well. I have completely switched to Google for now but would consider this app if it takes care of contact syncing as well.

Unfortunately it only syncs calendar events, not contacts. Does this one do what you want?

It should work out of the box with no additional apps, as it does with gmail.
