    Hi! I recently got a Q10 and want to give my old 9900 to my dad but I'm not sure how to wipe the device. Can someone help me out with this please?? Thanks!

    1) On the home screen, select Options > Security > Security Wipe
    2) Select Emails, Contacts, etc and User Installed Applications
    3) Confirm wipe by entering blackberry in the bottom field
