    Recently i brought a Blackberry Bold 9900 but the wifi is not turning on and when i turn on bluetooth the phone hangs.

    I'm facing some other problems like cant log into my BB account.

    Any fix will be helpful.

    I would suggest an OS reload first and then see what doesn't work.

    I did hard reset,OS reload but no luck..

    Maybe use BBSAK for completely OS remove by factory reset than reload the system without restoring any copy from your BB.

    Sounds like there might an IT policy enabled on your phone.

    Do a search on CB :
    " how to remove IT policy "

    There were many threads in the past about this.

    My BB 9900 shows a white screen, ".......Not for sale or lease" written on it after the blackberry booting screen.
    Sim is working fine.
