After adding a second wireless radio to my home network, I now have two WIFI SSID's being broadcasted. One solely 802.11G 2.4GHz and another solely 802.11N 5.8GHz.
I was sad to find out that my Xbox 360's and iPhones (not mine) could not connect to wireless N when broadcasting at 5.8GHz.
It turns out, the only thing I owned that can connect to 5.8GHz was my Samsung Chromebook.
Any particular link, if you wouldn't mind. I couldn't come up with anything.
This really isn't that big of an issue to me, not a deal breaker. Definitely getting this phone, was just curious. Especially when I found the iPhone 4 was not compatible.
I have a network that only broadcasts at 5.8 since the 2.4 band is too crowded and my 9000 connects.
Yes the 2.4 radio in my Netgear 3700 is turned off. Only a and n are running at 5.8.
Is all your other stuff able to connect? If I understand correctly, the ONLY frequency you're broadcasting is 5.8GHz. I couldn't even get the Xbox 360 to connect at 5.8GHz. Can't imagine ALL of your devices work at 5.8GHz...unless I'm missing something.

Sorry, I didn't specify 5.8GHz in my search, just 5GHz. I think it's common to just call it the 5Ghz band, where 5.8 covers a couple of channels. Take a look at this wikipedia article: U-NII - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
