Is your wallpaper in 640x480 format?

It seems to be a glitch with custom themes. The way I fix it is by simply opening the picture you want to set as the wallpaper in the media viewer and set it that way. Don't set it through the homescreen settings.

Open the wallpaper in "pictures" (in the "media" folder), select options, select "set image as wallpaper". No more zoomed image.

Ever since 7.1 came out, the wallpaper seems larger (even if it is 640x480) when selected using the "home screen preferences" method.
