I had posted in an earlier thread that the cost from Verizon when I ordered it online was $199 and that included my NE2 $50 discount. I had some issues activating my phone and had to speak with customer service at Verizon. Once I got my activation issue resolved, I mentioned that I had paid $199 with my NE@ discount, but I had seen online where some people were getting that price by just ordering online, even if they did not have a NE2 discount available. She put me on hold and said she would check into it, and then in a few minutes came back on and said there had been a price change and she would credit my account the $50. So my new Bold with the NE2 cost me $149. I would not have know about this without Crackberry.
