    I forgot my password on my blackberry and it wiped itself, and it says i have a error called 513? i tried using the loader but i get this :

    The Blackberry desktop software does not have
    Blackberry device software for the device that
    you have connected to the computer. contact
    your wireless service provider or system administrator.

    Please help me, i have no idea why its saying this.
