Hello guys i am in serious problem.
I had a lot of university information on my mobile phone.They got deleted.I try to use file recover problem they seem to find the old photos but not the notes.
I have opened a new note and started to search the phone but it doesnt appear on folders.I search the new note's file name in phone,still cant find.So i cant even find the new notes which is in phone.

If you are using the native Memopad, then the notes aren't in your storage. They're found in your database, and can easily be restored from a backup, so long as you made one.

Yeah as BigBadWulf said they can be restored IN BlackBerry Protect. So if you have used BlackBerry Protect your notes are on the recent backup.
