Woke up the other morning, and discovered all the data on my contact list, save one, had vanished. Nothing in back up assistant, no data anywhere.

Anybody have any brilliant ideas about where to look, or is it just bite the bullet time and reload an old list?

Also, and just as important, why did they take a hike? The provider is as mystified as I am about this episode.

Open up address book. Go to menu and select filter. Uncheck any items that are check marked.

Same thing happened to me once. I used a backup to reinstall but now i use BB Protect to back up all my data. Instantly accessible. Please use BB Protect from now on and you won't have to worry.

Well if the worst happens using the "old list" mean we have not backed up at least weekly.
