This makes their 3G/4G not compatible with most of the rest of the GSM world, with the exception of Wind Mobile I believe. So a Rodgers 9900 would NOT get the 3G/4G on TMo, it WOULD however get it on ATT, those are compatible.

im not sure if they forgot to add those frequencies but 1700 MHz or 2100 MHz are not listed under the 9900 specs for t mobile
