BBSSH hands down. (google for "BBSSH OS 7"). They have a beta release for Os 7, basic stuff works.

Thanks so much for mentioning this. I've been looking for a long time!
Unbelievable that considering BlackBerry is such a corporate device, there's still no SSH programs.

BBSSH is the only 1 iv'e found.

The only problem is there is no way I can see to backup/restore connections if you wipe the phone or do anything like that.

Otherwise works very well once you figure the key/screen/button mappings
